PENYULUHAN PENGETAHUAN PENGGUNAAN DAN MANFAAT PEMBALUT TERHADAP KESEHATAN PADA MAHASISWI AKFAR YPPM MANDIRI BANDA ACEH

Penggunaan pembalut yang tidak tepat dapat menimbulkan risiko kesehatan seperti infeksi, iritasi, dan gangguan pada organ reproduksi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswi Akademi Farmasi YPPM Mandiri terkait penggunaan dan manfaat pembalut terhadap kesehatan. Penyuluhan dilakukan melalui metode edukatif dengan media kuesioner dan diskusi interaktif. Hasil survei terhadap 33 responden menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata pemahaman mahasiswi adalah 2.141 (86,50%) yang tergolong kategori tinggi. Hal ini mencerminkan bahwa kegiatan edukatif seperti ini efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan reproduksi di kalangan remaja. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan sikap positif terhadap pentingnya penggunaan pembalut yang aman dan higienis.
