PENGUATAN KOMPETENSI PETUGAS KEFARMASIAN MELALUI EDUKASI PRAKTIS PENYIMPANAN VAKSIN DI PUSKESMAS KOPELMA DARUSSALAM

Penyimpanan vaksin yang sesuai dengan standar rantai dingin sangat penting untuk menjaga mutu dan efektivitas vaksin. Namun, masih ditemukan tantangan dalam praktik penyimpanan di fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, terutama terkait pemahaman teknis dan konsistensi pelaksanaan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi petugas kefarmasian melalui edukasi praktis tentang penyimpanan vaksin yang aman dan efektif. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup penyuluhan interaktif, simulasi penataan lemari pendingin, dan diskusi evaluatif. Kegiatan ini melibatkan enam petugas kefarmasian di Puskesmas Kopelma Darussalam. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap aspek teknis penyimpanan vaksin, seperti suhu ideal, klasifikasi vaksin berdasarkan sensitivitas suhu, serta praktik penataan vaksin dalam lemari es. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat implementasi sistem cold chain di puskesmas dan menjadi model edukasi berkelanjutan di fasilitas kesehatan lainnya.
